"Terms and Conditions" of rental include:

1. Deposit: Payable within 10 days of booking.
2. Check in: After 1.30pm on the first day. Check out: before 9.30am on the last day.
3. Bed Linen: Linen is supplied i.e. sheets, pillow covers, bath & tea towels.
4. Applicants: must be 18yrs or over.
5. Pets: Small dogs allowed strictly outside only.
6. Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside the premises only.
